Return and Exchange Policy
To Place a Refund/Exchange Request:
Click on 'My Account" in the tab bar and login.
Click on “Orders”.
Click on “View”.
In case you want to refund one item from the invoice, click on “Ask for a refund” button, below the item.
In case you want to refund the entire order, click on “Refund my entire order”.

Local Refund Policy:
Our courier will pick up the item within 2-3 working days. Items returned must be in good condition with the original packaging.
We do not return a refunded item that is damaged, worn, washed or altered in any way.
It will take 5 – 7 working days for the refund to be transferred to your bank account.
Incase of return, 1.5 KD shall be deducted as delivery charges.
Incase of exchange, Delivery will be charged ( 1.5 KD ).
International Refund Policy:

After approving the refund request by The Evangeline Team, buyers should send back the items they wish to refund to the same address on the waybill.

Buyers should feel free to send back the refunded items by any shipping company at their cost.

Evangeline will not be responsible for the shipping fees for the returned items. Customers will take full responsibility for all fees required to return the item.

Returned items should be received by The Evangeline Team within 14 days of receiving the order.

Evangeline will grant full refund, minus the courier and the handling fees.

Please note that the shipping fees will not be refunded as well.

Kindly do not send the pieces back without requesting a refund\exchange order through the website.

Terms and Conditions
In-stock items shall be delivered within 5 days max if in Kuwait ( this may take a bit longer during sale periods ).
In-stock items shall be delivered within 10 days max if international ( this may take a bit longer during sale periods ).
Costumers may be given the possibility of making an advance payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an advance purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once they are ready to be delivered ( Pre-Order ).
In case of pre- orders, orders may take from 12 to 20 working days until they are ready to be delivered ( this may take a bit longer during sale periods or Corona pandemic).
Any incorrect shipments and orders will be replaced at no extra cost.
If you wish to to return or exchange any item, you must inform us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
Incase of exchange and refund, items should be in good conditions and not used along with the original tag.
There is no refund or exchange on orders on demand.
There is no refund on evening dresses.
We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests. Items should be in good condition, undamaged, unworn, without makeup marks and all tags should be attached to them.
